Runner — start broadcasting
- Enter your 6-digit Live Track PIN (from your confirmation email) and your last name.
- On the next screen, pick how you want to share your location.
Welcome, !
How would you like to share your location during the race?
Use my GPS watch
If you have a Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Suunto, or Polar watch, this is far better than your phone. Your watch keeps recording even if your phone dies or loses signal — you can pocket your phone with the screen off and battery isn’t an issue.
How to get my watch’s LiveTrack URL
- Garmin LiveTrack: Garmin Connect → More → Safety & Tracking → LiveTrack → enable Auto-Start & Auto-Share. Your persistent link is
https://live.garmin.com/<yourname>. That is what you paste here. - COROS LiveTrack: COROS app → Profile → LiveTrack → enable and copy the share URL.
- Wahoo Live Track: Wahoo Companion → Settings → Live Track → copy the link.
- Suunto LiveTracking: Suunto app → Profile → Settings → Live Tracking → copy the URL.
- Polar Flow Live Tracking: Polar Flow → Settings → General → copy the share URL.
Strava and Apple Watch can’t be used. Strava’s API doesn’t allow live aggregation and Apple has no public location API.
You can set this up right now, before race day. Paste your persistent share URL below. When you start your watch on race morning, we’ll pick up your session automatically. No need to touch your phone at the start line.
Use my phone’s browser
Quick to set up — just allow location access when prompted. But you must keep this tab open and your screen on for the entire race. Battery use is similar to turn-by-turn navigation. If you lock the phone or switch apps, broadcasting pauses.
